Lagos Clears Illegal Street Traders At Mile 2

The Lagos State Government today September 8, dislodged illegal street traders at the 2nd Rainbow Junction, inward Mile 2, as part of its efforts to restore order on major roads.

The state Commissioner for the Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab,

 In the footage, officers were seen clearing traders whose activities obstructed traffic, endangered pedestrians, and littered the environment.

He added that the state government would not relent in its mission to ensure a safe and sustainable urban environment.
