If I Ever Meet President Tinubu Face To Face, This Is What I Will Tell Him 

Mr President, Nigerians are tired. Not lazy. Not unwilling to work. Just tired.

People wake up every day worried about food, transport, rent, school fees, and safety. Parents are struggling. Young people are losing hope. Many hardworking citizens feel abandoned.

The first thing Nigerians need from leadership right now is compassion that can be felt, not just heard in speeches. People want to see leaders living with urgency about the suffering in the country.

Security must become the number one priority. A country cannot grow when people are afraid to travel on roads, farm on their land, or sleep peacefully at night. Kidnapping has become too common and many citizens feel unprotected.

The economy also needs practical relief. Policies may make sense on paper, but when hunger increases too quickly, people stop caring about economic theories. They just want to survive. There should be stronger support for small businesses, farmers, and ordinary families.

Corruption must be fought honestly and consistently regardless of tribe, party, or political connection. Nigerians have heard promises for many years. What they want now is visible accountability.

Please surround yourself with people who will tell you the truth, not only people who praise you. Sometimes leaders become disconnected from the reality on the streets because everyone around them filters the truth.

And finally, Nigerians want hope again. Not slogans. Not propaganda. Real hope built on visible improvement in electricity, jobs, security, education, and justice.

This country still has enormous potential. Nigerians are resilient people. But resilience should not be abused forever.
